Our Central location make our cottages the perfect base for exploring both Devon and Cornwall. There is a great choice of activities to the North and South to suit all tastes. 

These include Roadford Lake, Lydford Gorge, the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Bideford, Tarka Trail, Hartland and RHS Rosemoor. 

Local towns of Lauceston and holsworthy with its shops and amenities including Launceston castle and steam railway.

Plymouth and Exeter are both easily accessible,  Fishing, Sailing and many other activities can be found at nearby Roadford Lake. Golf, cycle paths, horse riding can be found locally and its just a short drive to the local beaches of Bude and Widemouth bay.
