· We keep basic paper records of our bookings as well as digital on our booking system and email for 3 years. We will then dispose your information by shredding all paper documents and using a reputable IT security firm to delete all digital records.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· enable us to provide our services to you under the terms of our contract with you.
· To comply with our legal obligations for example the prevention of fraud.
· To ensure we can provide specific requirements for the service we are providing you.
