Our Properties 

Our beautiful converted barns bring both luxury and home comfort. Set among the spectacular countryside on the Devon/Cornwall border, makes our properties an ideal place for exploring what Devon and Cornwall have to offer. 

Our three barns are set around our central courtyard which offers ample parking for all. 

All our properties have fully equipped kitchens, open plan living space and private enclosed gardens with a patio and grass area.

In the Round House we have our communal games room which has table tennis, table football and many games to play, we also have a DVD's Library to use during your stay or maybe pick a book to get lost in.

Whats Included In My Stay?


We include the following when you stay with us.

- All lighting and heating

- Bed linen & Towels (bath sheet, hand towel & bath mat)

- Welcome Pack ( fresh milk, biscuits, local juice, tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods for tassimo, popcorn maker kit)

- Use of the communal Round House games room (pool table, table tennis, football table, DVD library, and many games)

- Iron, Board, Hair dryers, Clothes Airer 

- Access to our 12 acres of land around us to explore and enjoy our peaceful countryside

- All waste disposal

Can I Bring My Dog?


Absolutely, we welcome dogs or all shapes and sizes to our property's.

We provide a doggy welcome basket which includes treats, toy, blankets and towels to make their stay with us extra special.

We also have 12 acres of land to explore.

When Can I Arrive?


Our Check In is from 16:00 - 21:00 on the day of arrival. Information about keys and how to collect them will be provided a week prior to arrival.
The property must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.


Do You Welcome Children?


Absolutely, we are a family run business and have children ourselves so understand the challenges with going on holiday. That's why we aim to provide all the essentials you need for your stay to make your break more relaxing.

We have available (upon prior request) travel cot, high chair, stair gates, potty, child toilet seat, Toddler bed guard.

We also provide a few games located in the properties and you have full use of the Round House, our onsite games room with pool table, table tennis, a DVD library, table football, younger children toys and more games to enjoy.

For families with more than 1 child under 1 year old please call us on 01566700580 and we can assist you with your booking requirements.

Can I Charge My Electric Car?


Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer car charging on site.

We can provide upon request a list of local places that have charging points for your use.

We hope to have an EV point in the near future.
