The open plan living area has a peaceful feel and plenty of space to move around.

in the lounge you have a TV and DVD player, as well as some games to enjoy with family and friends. There is a cosy two seater sofa and 2 arm chairs which look out through the patio doors to the beautiful Devon countryside.

You will find an extremely well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle and 2 slice toaster.

Make your own delicious popcorn and make movie night extra special with our popcorn tray! This includes vintage tabletop hot air popcorn machine, kernels, toppings and traditional popcorn bags. 

We also supply an Iron and board, Hair dryers and a Clothes Airier.

The first bedroom located to the left of the front door has a super king zip & link bed which can be made into a twin upon request. There is a wardrobe, chest of draws with mirror and a TV/DVD with subtitles. From this room you can access the en-suite with separate shower, wash basin and WC.

The second bedroom is located from kitchen, is a very spacious room with super king zip & link bed which can be made into a twin upon request. This room also has a wardrobe, chest of draws with mirror and a TV/DVD with subtitles. The furniture can be moved around to suit access requirements.

The second bedroom has a generously sized wet room with floating sink, open shower with rails and WC, we can also provide where needed shower chair, stool, toilet riser and toilet rail.

Head outside to the enclosed patio area with comfortable table and chairs for four people to enjoy alfresco dining and lounging sofa for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking views all the way to the edge of Dartmoor. 

A Hook & Cook BBQ (to use disposable BBQ's only, we have Eco disposables for purchase onsite) and an outdoor counter top pizza oven to have some fun and make your own pizza.

The lawn area is located down the bottom of the patio access via steps. 

The Old Cow Shed has space for two cars outside the main entrance to the cottage. The parking is on tarmac to the front door. This property is set all on one level. There is a slight lip no more than 20mm over the door threshold into the open plan living area.

The kitchen, diner and lounge have double doors which have a slight step down (no more than 40mm) to the paved patio area, which has table and chairs for four people and a sofa area. The lawned area is accessed via steps at the side of the patio.

The first bedrooms located by the main entrance and leads to an ensuite shower room. The shower has a step up 130mm with sliding door.

The second bedroom has a larger floor space and the furniture can be moved around for better access. Leading from this room is a spacious wet room with open shower, low WC and floating sink. There hand rails by the shower and sink and we can provide a shower chair, stool, toilet seat riser and toilet riser frame upon request.
