Access Statement
From the road we have two entrances, both start as gravel driveways leading to the central courtyard which is laid to tarmac. All the gardens are completely enclosed with walls and fences.
For Family’s we have available (upon prior request) travel cot, high chair, stair gates, potty, child toilet seat, Toddler bed guard.

The Old Cow Shed – (Sleeps 4 + Cot) Delightful converted cow shed set all on one level with a full wet room.
The Old Cow Shed has space for two cars outside the main entrance to the cottage. The parking is on tarmac to the front door. This property is set all on one level. There is a slight lip no more than 20mm over the door threshold into the open plan living area.
The kitchen, diner and lounge have double doors which have a slight step down (no more than 40mm) to the paved patio area, which has table and chairs for four people and a sofa area. The lawn area is accessed via steps at the side of the patio.
The first bedrooms located by the main entrance and leads to an en-suite shower room. The shower has a step up 130mm with sliding door.
The second bedroom has a larger floor space and the furniture can be moved around for better access. Leading from this room is a spacious wet room with open shower, low WC and floating sink. There hand rails by the shower and sink and we can provide a shower chair, stool, toilet seat riser and toilet riser frame upon request.
Cosy Cottage – (Sleeps 2 + Cot) Detached cottage set all on one level with private walled patio.
Cosy Cottage has space for one car, the parking is on gravel right at the side of the patio. Coming through the gate there is a slight slope onto the patio area. The front door has one step up into the living area. The Cottage is all on one level with a slight slope into the kitchen area. Going through from the lounge to the bedroom which leads on to the en-suite. The shower has a step up 130mm with bi-fold door.
Hare Barn – Detached 5 bedroom
Hare Barn has space for up to four cars, the parking for this property is on gravel approximately 10 meters from the main door. Upon request there is space for 1 car to be parked right outside the main door in the tarmacked courtyard. There are three steps up to the front door which leads into the boot room. The main living area/ kitchen is all on one level and there is one small step out the back door to the paved patio area. In the garden there are seven steps up to the grassed lawn.
From the living area there is six small steps up to three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, one family bathroom and a cloakroom. A stair case from the living space leads up to the landing where there is a separate shower room and two further bedrooms, one bedroom has an en-suite shower room also.
